Following on the success of his London restaurants, Michelin star award-winning chef Marco Pierre White, collaborated with Ireland's longest established culinary family, The Fitzpatricks, to open his first Irish venture.
Like the man himself, the Dawson Street Steakhouse is flamboyant, entertaining, and full of character. This is a place where diners can enjoy simple yet exquisite cuisine that perfectly embodies what Marco calls “Affordable Glamour”.
Our chefs have all been trained in London by Marco himself. They use only the finest ingredients to create simple, classic fare like Hereford Steak with Bearnaise Sauce or Halibut Steak a la Provencal.
