Following the release of his latest studio album Djesse Vol.4, the fourth installment of the Djesse quadrology; London-born singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer Jacob Collier has announced details of additional dates as part of the Djessie UK and European tour.
This includes a fully seated show in 3Olympia Theatre, Dublin on Wednesday 30th October 2024. With special guest Wallis Bird.

Tickets priced from €45.70 including booking fee & €1.50 restoration levy went on sale with Ticketmaster Ireland, however are now sold out.

In March, Collier released the final installment of his genre-defying quadruple album project DJESSE, which features singles “Witness Me (Feat. Shawn Mendes, Stormzy and Kirk Franklin)”,“Little Blue (feat. Brandi Carlile)”, “Wherever I Go (feat. Lawrence & Michael McDonald)”, “WELLLL” and Grammy-nominated “Never Gonna Be Alone (feat. Lizzy McAlpine & John Mayer)”.

In the midst of working on DJESSE, Collier began turning his concert audiences into sprawling, improvised choirs. While conducting the crowd across the globe, from rock clubs to the Lincoln Center, and even festival fields like Bonnaroo and Glastonbury, hundreds of thousands of fans have all been united in rousing harmony, furthering his guiding belief that everyone in this world has a voice, and is a musician. Having recorded each of his audience choirs across his 2022 and 2023 world tours, over 150,000 voices from around the world play a vital role in the story and creation of DJESSE Vol. 4.

In the last two years alone, Collier was the first-ever male to be featured as a Vogue Darling; he appeared on the July 2023 cover of Rolling Stone UK, as well as co-writing and performing on seven tracks of Stormzy's This Is What I Mean. He has also collaborated extensively with Coldplay, performing with them on Saturday Night Live last year, as a featured guest at their Wembley Stadium shows last summer, and on their album Music of the Spheres. He has also contributed to major hits including SZA's "Good Days", songs by Lizzy McAlpine and Kehlani, launched a sold-out signature line of music-making Crocs, and recently headlined his biggest career show to date at the 17000-capacity Hollywood Bowl.

About Jacob Collier
Beloved by audiences and heralded by fellow musicians and critics alike as one of the most gifted, trail-blazing artists of modern times, Jacob Collier has taken the creative world by storm. His joyous and genre-bending 5-album discography to date has led to six GRAMMY wins along with 12 GRAMMY nominations including Album of the Year in 2021, making Collier the first British artist to win a Grammy for each of his first 4 albums. Collier paints with a vast array of musical brushes, crafting intricate harmonies, rhythmic shapes and melodic colours, creating a multi-sensory musical world.

Exploding onto the global stage with the viral success of his multi-frame, multi-instrumental YouTube covers, Collier caught the attention of Quincy Jones and under his mentorship released his debut album, In My Room, in 2016, which was recorded, produced, and played entirely by Collier. DJESSE (his most recent 4-volume album project) has been a natural progression from the one-man process of In My Room, expanding to work with some 100+ collaborators to date - from Coldplay to SZA, Colombian superstar Camilo to K-Pop supergroup aespa, right through to Malian singer Oumou Sangaré to legendary composer Hans Zimmer.

The resulting volumes of Djesse have delivered on Collier’s ambitious promise, featuring an incredible array of artistic peers, and musical themes that encompass everything from orchestral composition to folk songwriting, R&B, rap and pop, as well as the sound of some 150,000 audience members in song, that Jacob recorded during his 2022 World Tour.

Though Jacob has already achieved more than most artists could hope for in a lifetime, he is still restlessly creative. With such an ineffable and unpredictable career to date, the only certainty is that Jacob will continue to surprise and delight, no matter which avenue he explores next.

Approximate stage times as follows: doors open 7pm, special guest Wallis Bird due on 7.45pm, with Jacob Collier on stage around 8.45pm. We expect the show to be over around 10.30pm/11pm or so.
